Compensation
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,320/week
Total Pay Rate: $58/hour
W2 Taxable Pay: $15.50/hour
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,700/week (for qualified travelers)
Overtime Pay: $58/hour (after 40 hours worked)
Schedule
Shift: 10-Hour Nights
Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Days: 4 days per week
Scheduled Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekend: Every third weekend
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to join the Laboratory team at Concord, Massachusetts.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of MLT experience, previous travel healthcare experience, and current ASCP certification or an equivalent credential. The MLT will support laboratory operations by performing specimen testing, processing, and analysis while maintaining accuracy, quality, and patient safety standards.

Responsibilities
Perform laboratory testing and specimen analysis according to established procedures.
Process and prepare patient specimens for testing.
Ensure accurate identification, labeling, and handling of specimens.
Operate laboratory equipment and perform quality control procedures.
Document test results accurately and maintain laboratory records.
Follow laboratory safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Identify and report abnormal or critical results according to established protocols.
Collaborate with laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
Perform other laboratory duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of MLT experience – Required
Travel healthcare experience – Required
ASCP Certification or equivalent – Required
Strong laboratory testing and specimen processing skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
Strong communication and teamwork skills
