Description

Role: RN - Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Shift: 12-hour Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Duration: 13 Weeks (06/22/2026 – 09/19/2026)
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:
Urgent need for an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an EPIC conversion project with options for 36 or 48 hours per week. No RTO (Requested Time Off) will be accepted during the assignment.

Required Credentials:

Active California RN License
BLS Certification
ACLS Certification
Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) Certification
Advanced NRP Certification
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
Specialty experience within the last 3 months

Technical Proficiency:

Cerner experience required
Epic experience required
Minimum 6 months of Epic experience within the last 12 months
Must be proficient in both Cerner and Epic EMR systems
