Manages and supervises clinical and administrative functions of the nursing team, both internal coordinators and external field team members. Oversees Quality Assurance activities and provides team Education and Training. Assists in implementing company-wide Strategic Initiatives and on-going Service and Quality Improvement activities.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- 3 years of Adult Home Health experience required.
- 1 year of supervisory experience required.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification
- Current Texas RN licensure required.
- Current Texas Driver’s License in good standing required.
- Current CPR Certification required.
