BreakThrough Physical Therapy, a proud partner of Confluent Health, is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Fayetteville, NC. • Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting
• Develop individualized plans of care utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches
• Deliver hands-on, patient-centered care through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, movement analysis, and patient education
• Treat a variety of conditions including orthopedic injuries, post-operative cases, sports medicine injuries, balance disorders, and vestibular conditions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve meaningful clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and clinical team members to optimize patient recovery and satisfaction

Clinical Interests Welcome

We encourage clinicians with interests or experience in:

• Outpatient Orthopedics
• Sports Medicine
• Vestibular Rehabilitation
• Balance & Fall Prevention
• Manual Therapy

• Dry Needling
• Military & Tactical Athlete Rehabilitation

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent.
• Current Physical Therapist license in North Carolina or ability to obtain licensure
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, or vestibular rehabilitation is preferred but not required
