Job Type: Per Diem (as-needed basis). Schedule and hours will vary based on clinic needs and will be discussed in further detail during the interview process.

As a OT - Hand Therapist, You’ll Achieve Success By:
- Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans
- Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
- Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
- Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist Requirements:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
- CPR and first aid certification required
Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) strongly preferred OR
CHT-eligible (minimum 4,000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 years of practice), awaiting board examination, OR
Level II fieldwork in hand therapy, with relevant continuing education, and 1–2 years of outpatient hand therapy experience as a licensed OT
- Experience treating orthopedic upper-extremity conditions across all age groups, with a primary focus on adult patients preferred
Compensation: $70/Hr.. Benefits include paid sick leave, FEDlogic Benefit Navigation, Commuter FSA, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
