BreakThrough is redefining PT. From our highly-specialized physical therapists, friendly staff, continuing education for best practices, quick response times, and individualized approach to patient care, you can be confident you're getting the support you need to meet your goals. With the most board-certified therapists of any practice in the area, you can be confident you are receiving the highest quality care using cutting-edge research, technology, and best practices.

Join a team where pelvic health is already a valued specialty. We're hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist for our Winston-Salem Pelvic Health team. Our well-credentialed team includes a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist with advanced training in dry needling and soft tissue mobilization, alongside established pelvic health and women's health services — this is a clinic built for genuine clinical depth, not a single-specialty caseload.

Experienced Pelvic Health PT looking for a change? Join a clinic where pelvic health is a genuinely valued specialty, with a team that already understands the demand for this care, and advanced continuing education through Evidence In Motion (EIM).

Orthopedic or outpatient PT ready to build something new? Pelvic health is one of the most in-demand, underserved specialties here. We've built a genuine on-ramp: structured, hands-on mentorship, a real training pathway through EIM, and board certification support as you advance.

Live and work where the vibe meets the value. Imagine helping patients make real progress, then ending your day with a coffee in Innovation Quarter or a sunset walk through Reynolda Gardens. Winston-Salem offers steady outpatient therapy demand, a vibrant arts-meets-innovation atmosphere, and a cost of living that helps your salary go further — more space, more savings, and more ways to enjoy life in this growing, welcoming city.
