Hospital Inpatient PTA - $2K Sign On Bonus - 7-12 patients/day Max - 401K with a 4% match + Free Continued Education

Our clinical staff only see 7-12 patients per day, never the 15-24. We are seeking a inpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our hospital team in Victorville, CA! This is a full-time position. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. All of our therapists get membership with Evidence In Motion (Professional Development Program), so, if continued education and growth is something you are drawn to; we are the company for you.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Direct and Supervise PT Aides.

• Passion around serving others!
• California license as a Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain license.
• AHA BLS required
• Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapist Assistants encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $35 - $43/hour + $2K Sign on Bonus, paid continued education, 401(K) with a 4% employer match, generous PTO, plus full benefits package.
