$2500 Sign on Bonus - Daily Productivity Bonuses - 4% 401K Match
All Star Physical Therapy in Miramar, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. We pride ourselves on our family-like culture and loyal patient following, and we’re seeking someone who shares our strong work ethic and passion for excellent care. In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to streamline patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PT Aides. You will be thrilled with our new AI documention software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PTA's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around $1200/month of extra income for a full-time PTA's. - Assist in evaluation of client’s daily living skills and capacities to determine extent of abilities and limitations
- Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques including exercise Instruction, manual therapy techniques, activities of daily living, and Isokinetic program
- Observe patients during treatments and reports observations to Physical Therapist
- Communicate with staff and other health team members, to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs
- Associates Degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program required
- Unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice required.

About:
Compensation: $36 - $40/hour + inclusive of productivity incentives, up to a $2500 sign on bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, paid continued education, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
