Description

Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy to improve communication and swallowing function.\nResponsibilities:\n•\tConduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders\n•\tDevelop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans\n•\tDocument services in compliance with regulations and facility standards\n•\tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families\n•\tMaintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols\nQualifications:\n•\tGraduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)\n•\tCurrent state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility\n•\tStrong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
