Experience\nLevel Requested (in years): 2+Job\nDescription: The RN is responsible for providing comprehensive\ncare to mothers and newborns throughout the entire childbirth process, from\nlabor and delivery to immediate recovery and postpartum care. Key\nresponsibilities include monitoring maternal and fetal well-being,\nadministering medications, coaching patients through labor, assisting during\ndelivery, and educating families on infant care. Needs to be comfortable in the\nOR setting and act as baby RN. Burdett follows an LDRP model level 1 with special\ncare nursery. St. Peters Hospital aligns as a level 3.
