Oncall only 1-2x a weekMust arrive\nwithin 30 min of being call inMust be able to scrubScrub nurse\nduties include, but are not limited to, the following:Assisting surgeons, interventional radiologists, and nurse\npractitioners during proceduresPreparing the operating room table, tools, and equipment prior\nto surgeryEnsuring sterility and safety is maintained before, during, and\nafter the procedureProviding emotional support to patients and their family members\nthroughout their hospitalizationCollaborating with the circulating nurse in monitoring vitals,\nassessing skin integrity, and communicating with family members throughout the\nperioperative periodDocumenting surgical details in the patients electronic health\nrecord (EHR)Performing postoperative needle, sponge, and instrument countsPreferred Qualifications:Previous scrub nurse experience\n in vascular and cardiac surgery Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) CertificationImpeccable organization, time\n management, and critical-thinking skills
