Description

COVID Vaccination Required.
BLS and NIHSS Required.
ACLS Preferred.
WI License or Compact License Accepted.
2+ years of Travel experience required.
3+ years of RN experience required.
Will accept first time travelers with 5+ years of experience.
Level II Trauma experience required.
Required to float to areas of competency.
Required to float to sister facility, Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, as needed.
EPIC Charting required within the past 12 months.
Any Solid Color Scrubs.
Unit Information: Multiple MS units.
Unit 5MED: 53 Bed Unit. MS/TELE unit. 1:6 Ratios.
Unit 2E: 22 bed unit. MS/TELE Unit. 1:6 Ratios.
Unit: 4NW: 31 Bed unit. 1:6 Ratios. Neurological Unit.
