Description

Prepare the cardiovascular OR and assist cardiac surgeon before, during and after heart surgery or similar procedure. After the procedure, monitor patient condition and transport them to a recovery room.

ALL CONTINGENCY REQUESTS MUST BE ON THE SUBMISSION FORM

• Weekend Hours: As required by facility
• Call Requirements: one day per week and one weekend per month
• Required Licensure: CORST, CST or TSC - must be certified

• Years of Experience: 1 year plus CVOR Surgical Technologist experience in a hospital setting; 1 year cardiothoracic experience, needs open heart experience
• Float Requirements: As required by facility
