Minimum 2 years of experience required. COVID Vaccine - Required. Assess patient’s physical and emotional conditions, medical history, health habits, and practices. Monitor patient progress and update patient records. Administer treatment prescribed by physicians. Educate patients on treatment and preventing recurrence.
