Description

Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. Responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.\nResponsibilities:\n•\tScreen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate\n•\tDevelop and update treatment/discharge plans of care\n•\tDocument services accurately and timely\n•\tSupervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts\n•\tCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families\n•\tMaintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards\nQualifications:\n•\tGraduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)\n•\tActive state PT license (or ability to obtain)\n•\tStrong communication, documentation, and clinical skills\n•\tFlexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
