1. General job duties. Types of procedures required. Post procedural/surgical care. Care of all surgical patients. Care of IMCU level of care post procedural patients (TCAR, TAVR, etc)
NO phase 1 pacu care.

2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.) Epic EMR, CBG, Pyxis, Bladder Scanner, warming device, cold therapy, hoyer lift

3. Required skills and minimum years of experience. 2 years

4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) ACLS, BLS, Pals preferred, OR RN license

5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) every other weekend. No call. Will not work alone.

6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?) must be able to float as a CNA2 or sitter to any other department

7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 23

8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) 1:4-5

9. Dress Code: scrubs
