Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to provide exceptional critical care to patients with complex medical conditions. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment alongside a team of healthcare professionals committed to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive critical care to critically ill patients, including those who are mechanically ventilated, experiencing multi-system organ failure, sepsis, respiratory failure, or post-surgical complications.
- Monitor patient hemodynamics continuously, utilizing invasive lines and vasoactive medications to maintain stability.
- Collaborate closely with intensivists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other clinicians to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Perform and assist with bedside procedures such as central line insertion, arterial line placement, lumbar punctures, and bronchoscopies.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of critical care or ICU nursing experience.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to act swiftly in high-pressure situations.
Shift & Schedule:
- Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
