Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team. In this role, you'll provide expert nutritional care to patients in a hospital setting, helping to improve health outcomes through tailored dietary plans and counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients to understand their needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Document dietary information accurately and maintain detailed patient records.
- Deliver nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families.
- Support clinical teams by providing expertise on nutrition support therapies.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant licensure, safety, and documentation standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and licensure.
- CNSC certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a dietitian in Inpatient/Critical Care.
- Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and nutrition support therapies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.
Shift & Schedule:
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
