Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
• Administer chemotherapy, medications, and treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Educate patients and families about treatment procedures, symptom management, and post-treatment care.
• Monitor patient responses and promptly address any adverse reactions or complications.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and treatment progress.
• Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in oncology or a related clinical setting.
• Valid and current Compact RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, emotionally demanding environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Shift & Schedule:

• Day shift with 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week.
