Description
Join our team as an Electrophysiology Technician and contribute to innovative cardiac care in a supportive, professional environment. This full-time day shift position offers opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
Shift Details:
- Day shift: Four days a week, 10 hours per day, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist cardiologists and electrophysiologists during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures involving cardiac arrhythmias.
- Prepare and calibrate specialized equipment to ensure precise data collection.
- Monitor patient vitals and comfort throughout procedures, providing excellent patient care and reassurance.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of procedures, findings, and equipment logs.
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards to uphold a high standard of care.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certified Electrophysiology Technician (EPTech) or equivalent licensure.
- Prior experience in a cardiac electrophysiology lab or similar clinical environment required.
- Strong understanding of cardiac arrhythmia mapping, catheter placement, and intracardiac procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining patient confidentiality.
