We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Echo Technician to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE) and assist with transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE) as needed
• Operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality cardiac images
• Analyze preliminary findings and ensure accurate imaging for physician interpretation
• Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process in a clear, reassuring manner
• Monitor patient condition during procedures and respond appropriately to any changes
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of echocardiography equipment
• Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Adhere to hospital safety protocols and infection control standards

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Cardiovascular Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Echo Technician in a hospital setting
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment

Shift & Schedule:

• Day Shift: 5x8
