Looking for Physical Therapist's in Kansas City, Independence, Liberty, and Warrensburg, Missouri!
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and ongoing assessments for patients in their home environments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and clinical goals.
- Educate patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, activities, and the maintenance of their physical health.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.
- Document patient care and progress according to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy to incorporate into treatment.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Previous experience in home health care or outpatient clinical setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to work independently while managing a varied caseload effectively.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation standards.
