RN - MedSurg/Tele | Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Assignment Overview
Seeking a dedicated RN with MedSurg/Tele experience to provide quality care in a transitional care unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a variety of medical conditions and be adept at working with both medical and surgical patients.
Assignment Details

- Shift Details: 3x12 Days
- Patient Ratios: 1:5
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $1890 (negotiable)
- Charting System: EPIC
- Technology/Equipment: Alaris IV Pump, Omnicell Med dispensing
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for patients with CHF, COPD, kidney, liver, GI, respiratory issues, and more
- Perform wound care and manage various drips
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and perform IV starts
- Conduct dressing changes, wound vacs, and manage central line blood draws
Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of MedSurg experience
- BLS, ACLS certifications
- Proficiency with trachs, chest tubes, IV starts, wound care, and cardiac rhythm interpretation
- Experience with non-titrating drips such as Heparin, Lasix, Protonix
Preferred:
- Experience with Cardizem and Amiodarone drips
