Assignment Overview
Join a dedicated team in a progressive care unit (PCU) specializing in cardiology. This role is ideal for RNs with at least one year of experience in cardiology, who are comfortable in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The unit provides care for patients with conditions such as Acute Coronary Syndrome, Heart Failure, and post-cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients with conditions such as Acute Coronary Syndrome, Heart Failure, and more.
- Manage cardiac procedures including pacemaker insertion, ICD, and ablation.
- Administer and adjust cardiac medications as required.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitoring every shift.
- Support and collaborate with CNAs, charge nurses, and other staff.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1 year of experience in Cardiology
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Comfortable titrating cardiac medications
- Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and post-procedural care
