Assignment Overview

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team in Lake Geneva, WI. This role involves working in the Emergency Department, providing essential care to patients during night shifts. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

Assignment Details

• Night Shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Estimated gross weekly pay package: $3060 (negotiable)

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques and policies
• Document according to standards of care
• Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care
• Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care based on individualized needs
• Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units in support of patient care
• Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately
• Participate in professional nursing continuum processes and peer review

Qualifications

Required:

• WI RN Licensure
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• NIHSS certification
• TNCC or TNS certification
• Education verification
