RN - PCU | Travel | Shelby, NC

Assignment Overview

We are seeking a dedicated RN with experience in Progressive Care Units (PCU) to join our team in Shelby, NC. The ideal candidate will have 18 months of PCU RN experience and will be comfortable treating a variety of patient types, excluding those requiring mechanical ventilation. First-time travelers are welcome.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
Administer cardiac medications and interpret cardiac rhythms
Manage central lines and perform wound care and dressing changes
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications

Required:

RN License
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
18 months of PCU RN experience
Experience with tracheostomy and cardiac situations
