Registered Nurse - ICU | Travel | Rome, GA

Assignment Overview

Join our team as a Registered Nurse specializing in ICU care, providing critical support to patients with acute medical needs in a combined medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiac ICU setting. This position requires strong clinical skills and a collaborative mindset, ideal for a nurse with ICU experience looking to expand their expertise in a dynamic environment.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Level 2 Trauma Designation, Teaching Hospital
Shift Details: 3x12 Nights (7p-7a)
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2025 (negotiable)
Charting System: EPIC

Responsibilities

Monitor and assess critically ill patients
Administer medications and titrate drips
Provide post-operative care to neuro and cardiac patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care
Utilize advanced monitoring and life support equipment

Qualifications

Required:

ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, CPI (CPI offered if not currently certified)
Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU
Proficient in ICU-specific skills such as arrhythmia monitoring, sedation, and CVP monitoring

Preferred:

TNCC certified
CCRN certification
