Registered Nurse - CVICU | Travel | RN-ICU
Assignment Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). The ideal candidate will have a background in Critical Care and Cardiac Critical Care, with experience in open heart recovery and post-cardiac procedure recovery. This role involves managing post-surgical patients from cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries, thoracotomies, and complex PCI interventions.
Assignment Details
- Shift: 3x12 Days
- Unit Description: 8 Beds
- Patient Ratio: 1:1-3
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2322 (negotiable)
Responsibilities
- Manage post-open heart and post-cardiac procedures
- Perform surgical central line, arterial line, and chest tube placements
- Utilize Edwards Monitoring, GE Monitoring, and SWAN Ganz catheters
Qualifications
Required:
- Background in Critical Care and Cardiac Critical Care
- Experience in open heart recovery
- Experience in post-cardiac procedure recovery
