Assignment Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in a Med/Surg unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient assessment and intervention, medication administration, and effective communication. This position involves working with oncology, hematology, end of life/hospice, and overflow Med/Surg patients.
Assignment Details
- 16 beds
- Shift: 3x12 Nights
- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2052 (negotiable)
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessment and intervention
- Administer medications
- Follow through with medical orders and observe patients
- Document in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Implement and monitor the plan of care
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Qualifications
Required:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Med/Surg nursing
