RN Cardiac Cath Lab | Day Shift | Janesville, WI
Assignment Overview
We are seeking an experienced RN for the Cardiac Cath Lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and cardiovascular intervention. This role requires collaborative care with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Assignment Details
- Assignment Type: Travel
- Shift Details: Day shift with on-call one night a week and one weekend a month
- Estimated Gross Weekly Pay Package: $3300 (negotiable)
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process and critical thinking in patient care
- Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation
- Develop and execute individualized patient care plans
- Provide patient and family education
- Participate in performance improvement activities
- Resolve systems breakdowns and provide solutions
- Manage complex situations and escalate as needed
- Engage in personal development and continuous learning
- Support clinic and ambulatory patient flow and telephone triage
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 3 years of RN experience with 1 year of critical care experience
- Current WI or Compact RN licensure
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Cardiovascular Intervention experience
