Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room (ER) | Contract | Location: Not specified

Assignment Overview

Join our dynamic ER team in a Level 1 trauma center, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages with a wide variety of conditions. Ideal candidates will have strong general nursing skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in the emergency department
Interpret and act on patient monitoring data
Administer medications and titrate drips appropriately
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Perform comprehensive assessments and document care provided

Qualifications

Required:

Active IL license or initiation of application process
ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications
Proficient in vasopressor and cardiac drip management

Preferred:

2 years of nursing experience
Prior travel assignment experience
SANE RN experience
Experience in a teaching hospital
