Assignment Overview

We are seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the capability to deliver exceptional care in an emergency room setting. A key quality will be the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift Details: Day shift with rotation weekends - 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and some 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM as needed
• Assignment Length: 36 hours per week
• Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2295 (negotiable)

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to care for patients
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures
• Document care according to standards
• Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care
• Develop and execute a patient care plan according to individual needs
• Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments
• Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience
• Participate in professional nursing continuum process and unit practice activities

Qualifications

Required:

• RN Education Verification
• Active WI RN Licensure
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
• TNCC or TNS
