Assignment Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Oconomowoc, WI. This role involves providing critical care to patients with various diagnoses such as sepsis, pneumonia, and cardiac conditions. An ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of ICU experience and should be comfortable working with diverse medical equipment and managing complex patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Handle tube and drain management
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Oversee medication titration and surgical recovery
• Monitor invasive lines and provide patient care as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• 2 years of ICU experience
• Experience with EPIC
• Skills in ventilator and tracheostomy management

Preferred:

• Abdominal pressure monitoring
• Experience with CVVH and IABP
• TNCC certification
