Registered Nurse - Emergency Room | Travel | Milwaukee, WI

Assignment Overview

Join a dynamic Emergency Department team in Milwaukee, WI. This role is ideal for experienced RNs with strong ED background, providing care for a diverse patient population ranging from neonates to geriatrics.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Level IV Trauma Center
Shift Details: 3x12-hour Days
Start Date: Negotiable
Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2430 (negotiable)
Charting System: EPIC
No floating required
Weekend rotation: Every other weekend
Holiday Expectations: 2/4 major holidays or every other

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to a variety of patients
Coordinate patient care with other healthcare staff
Conduct patient assessments and initiate treatment protocols
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as needed

Qualifications

Required:

3 years of Emergency Department experience in a fast-paced environment
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
Skills: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV skills, procedural sedation, code blue experience

Preferred:

Triage experience
