RN - PCU | Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Assignment Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team in Winston-Salem, NC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cardiology with a focus on acute coronary syndromes and heart failure. This role involves hands-on care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage patients with acute coronary syndromes, heart failure, and other cardiac conditions
Perform arrhythmia management and care for post-cardiac cath and EP procedure patients
Titrate medications including Argatroban, Digoxin, and Diltiazem
Document accurately and timely in the EMR system

Qualifications

Required:

1 year of experience in Cardiology
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and post-procedural care

Preferred:

Comfortable with medication titration
