Assignment Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate should have experience with complex patient care, including cardiac and respiratory cases, and be comfortable working with high acuity patients.

Local Candidate Policy: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care for patients with conditions such as sepsis, ARDS, ARF, and cardiac dysrhythmias
Perform central line care, arterial lines, and bedside bronchoscopy
Manage titratable drips including cardizem, propofol, and norepinephrine
Ensure compliance with AHA guidelines during cardiac arrest situations

Qualifications

Required:

Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) certifications
Experience in central line care and arterial lines
Ability to titrate drips
