Assignment Overview

Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. This position requires handling a diverse range of patients in an acute care setting, offering a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a skilled nurse. Responsibilities

Care for a wide range of patients from newborns to the elderly with various complaints.
Assist with critical patients, including those in cardiac arrest, stroke, and heart attack scenarios.
Titrate drips as required and manage vasopressor drips, cardiac drips, and antihypertensive drugs.
Collaboratively work with ED techs, respiratory therapists, and radiology staff.
Draw labs and interpret monitor rhythms as required.

Qualifications

Required:

Current IL RN License or initiation confirmation
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC

Preferred:

Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
Previous travel assignment experience
SANE RN experience
Experience in a teaching hospital
