Assignment Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a specialty in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for a travel assignment in Concord, NC. Responsibilities
- Provide care for heart failure, chest pain, and cardiac catheterization patients
- Manage fluid resuscitation and blood product administration
- Handle medical overflow as needed
- Adapt to flexible staffing and float to other nursing units as required
Qualifications
Required:
- 18 months of PCU RN experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Skills in PIV starts, NG Tube placement, Pleurx drains, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and non-titratable drips
