Assignment Overview
We are seeking a dedicated RN with expertise in Emergency Department care to join our team on a travel assignment in Charlotte, NC. Ideal candidates will have experience with a broad range of patient types, from pediatric to geriatric, including trauma stabilization and acute illness management.

Responsibilities
- Provide care to the general ED population, including trauma stabilization, respiratory illness, and stroke management
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and manage critical care drips
- Administer PIV starts, TNK/TPA, and conduct conscious sedation
- Maintain patient ratios of RN: 1:3-4 based on acuity
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary support including physicians, paramedics, and social workers
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of ED experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certifications
- General ED skillset including cardiac rhythm interpretation and critical care management
Preferred:
- TNCC certification
