<p>Join a dynamic Med Surg unit that offers a blended care setting with a thriving Swing Bed Program and occasional PCU-level patients. We focus on balanced nurse assignments according to patient care needs. Ideal candidates will thrive in a collaborative environment where team engagement and shared decision-making are encouraged.</p>

<h3>Assignment Details</h3>
<ul>
  <li>Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM, every other holiday and every other weekend</li>
  <li>No on-call duties</li>
  <li>Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2160 (negotiable)</li>
</ul>
