Registered Nurse - ICU | Travel | City, IL

Assignment Overview

Seeking a Registered Nurse for the MICU, currently functioning as a COVID unit, in an acute care setting. Ideal candidates will have experience with advanced patient care in a high-acuity environment.

Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2430 (negotiable)

Responsibilities

Interpret EKG strips and manage arterial and central lines
Provide care for ventilated patients
Titrate vasoactive and cardioactive medications
Collaborate with charge nurses and intensivists for patient care
Monitor telemetry and interpret strips

Qualifications

Required:

Active IL license or application in process
Negative drug screen for all panels
Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
Experience in MICU or similar high-acuity unit
Proficiency in interpreting EKG, ventilatory support, and titration of vasopressors
