Respiratory Therapist | Location: IL
Assignment Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our general floors team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient outcomes and adjusting care plans as needed, working closely within a multidisciplinary team. The role requires clear communication with patients and staff, sharing clinical knowledge, and providing respiratory care as ordered by a physician.

- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2565 (negotiable)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans within a multidisciplinary team
- Provide explanations and instructions to patients and responsible persons about respiratory disease processes and interventions
- Provide respiratory care as ordered by a physician
- Communicate effectively with medical and nursing staff
- Share clinical knowledge with staff and students
- Plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of respiratory care
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
- Illinois License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
