Registered Nurse | Travel | IMCU - 3S Intermediate Care - IL

Assignment Overview

Join the IMCU - 3S Intermediate Care unit as a Registered Nurse providing acute care. This role is suited for candidates with experience in trach care, Bipap, stroke, and IV titration. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and proficient in managing a 1:3-4 nurse-to-patient ratio setting.

Start Date: Not provided
Shift Details: 12-hour shifts - 7 AM to 7:30 PM, 7 PM to 7:30 AM
Assignment Length: Not provided
Local Candidate Policy: A reduced rate applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles
Charting System: EPIC
Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2565 (negotiable)

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care
Titrate drips such as Heparin, nitro, cardizem, levo, cardene, and precedex
Interpret telemetry monitor strips
Collaborate with CNAs for patient care duties
Adapt to floating requirements across different units

Qualifications

Required:

Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS - AHA only
Experience with trach cares, Bipap, stroke, and IV titration
Negative drug screen for all panels
