Assignment Overview

We are seeking an experienced ER RN to join the emergency room team in Lake Geneva, WI. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling a variety of situations with urgency and professionalism, providing exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital
• Shift Details: Day hours with rotation weekends - 6a-6p and 8a-8p
• Assignment Length: 36 hours per week
• Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2295 (negotiable)

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing techniques and state laws.
• Document care according to standards.
• Perform assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations of care.
• Develop and execute patient care plans as prescribed by physicians and policies.
• Participate in department performance improvement activities.
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units as needed.
• Make critical decisions regarding patient safety and experience, escalating as necessary.
• Engage in professional development, unit practice activities, and peer review processes.

Qualifications

Required:

• WI RN Licensure
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications (AHA Provider level)
• Either TNCC or TNS certification
• Completion of education verification
