RN - MedSurg/Tele | Travel | High Point, NC
Assignment Overview
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in MedSurg/Tele to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive care to patients with various medical and surgical conditions, focusing on conditions such as CHF, COPD, and post-operative care.

- Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2160 (negotiable)
- Charting System: Encompass/EPIC
- Floating: Sister units of 7N and 7S - All med-surg with same ratio/expectations
Responsibilities
- Provide general care of medical/surgical patients, including IV start/maintenance and foley start/maintenance
- Manage NG tube start/maintenance, chest tubes, wound care/dressing changes, and wound vacs/drains
- Administer heparin drips and continuous bladder irrigation (CBI)
Qualifications
Required:
- 1 year of experience in MedSurg/Tele
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Skills in the care of medical/surgical patients, including various procedures and patient management
