Pay Rate: $22.83/hr taxable pay + weekly stipend $1,771.00 ($1,211 + $560)

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse licensure (state appropriate)
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated Electrophysiology (EP) experience
- Experience with EP procedures including implantable device cases and ablations (Watchman experience a plus)
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced lab with a 1:1 patient ratio
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR and Philips monitoring/equipment preferred
- Must be able to work the scheduled day shift and accept on-call responsibilities as required

Responsibilities
- Provide peri-procedural nursing care for patients in the EP lab, supporting device implants and ablation procedures (excluding VT ablations as noted)
- Coordinate care with physicians, anesthesia, and lab techs to maintain efficient case flow in a busy procedural environment
- Monitor patients continuously during procedures and respond to changes in condition according to unit protocols
- Document care in the EMR, follow unit guidelines and dress code (scrubs provided), and support a sense of urgency and teamwork on the unit
- Assist with procedural setup and turnover to support high daily volume of cases

Job Description
Short-term travel contract for an experienced RN to work in an Electrophysiology (EP) lab for approximately 13 weeks. The role is day-shift focused (06:30–17:00) with a high-volume procedural caseload that includes standard implant procedures and most ablation cases, as well as Watchman procedures. The position requires a nurse with at least two years of EP-focused experience who can deliver 1:1 peri-procedural care, collaborate with multi-disciplinary staff, document in Meditech, and work efficiently in a fast-paced lab environment. Scrubs are provided and the team emphasizes urgency and teamwork.
