Requirements
- Active RN license (eligible to work in FL)
- ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
- Proficiency in Cath/EP lab procedures and equipment
- Experience with Meditech documentation preferred
- Ability to work a 4×10 day-shift schedule and participate in call (8–12 call shifts/month, includes 2 weekend calls)
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced interventional setting

Responsibilities
- Provide direct peri-procedural nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization, PCI, EP studies/ablations, device implants, and Watchman/LAAO procedures
- Prepare and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, maintaining 1:1 patient ratios as required
- Operate and monitor cath/EP equipment and assist proceduralists as needed
- Document patient care and procedure details in Meditech and maintain accurate medication and monitoring records
- Participate in the unit call schedule (8–12 call shifts per month, including weekend coverage) and maintain required certifications and competency standards
- Adhere to sterile technique, unit policies, and department dress code (surgical scrubs provided)

Job Description
Short-term travel assignment for a Cardiac Cath/EP Lab RN in Atlantis, FL (35 days; 04/13/2026–05/18/2026). This assignment covers day-shift duties (07:00–17:30) on a 4×10 schedule in a busy interventional cardiology environment with 3 cath rooms and 4 EP rooms. The RN will care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cath procedures, EP studies/ablations, device implants, and LAAO/Watchman procedures. The role requires close peri-procedural monitoring (typically 1:1), active participation in an 8–12 shift monthly call rotation that includes weekends, accurate documentation in Meditech, and current ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications. One position is available for this contract.
