Primarily Monday through Friday schedule

Contract Position
Social Worker / Case Manager Duties
-
Assess patients and clients for mental health conditions, emotional disorders, or addiction disorders.
-
Create tailored treatment plans to improve clients’ well-being.
-
Coordinate with social service providers to secure resources for clients.
-
Provide counseling services to individuals or small groups.
-
Maintain client records and perform other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Graduation from an accredited educational institution.
-
Licensed as a Social Worker (MSW, MSW-PIP, CSW, or CSW-PIP) by the State in which the position is located. The license MUST be in good standing.

1+ year of relevant experience as a Social Worker or Case Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-
Knowledge of casework methods, techniques, and their applications to work problems.
-
Knowledge of the principles of human growth and behavior, basic sociological and psychological treatment, and therapy practices.

Knowledge of interviewing skills and techniques.
-
Ability to express ideas effectively, orally and in writing.
-
Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions.
