Cell Staff is a nationwide healthcare staffing company that has partnered with Correctional Facilities across your State to help them find AMAZING Behavioral Health Professionals. We're looking for you to become a valued member of the healthcare team at our client’s medical facility!

Behavioral Healthcare Professions sought:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in a mental health related field
     

MHP Details

  • Full Time Schedules 

  • Primarily Monday through Friday schedule

  • Some weekends may be required

  • 8 hour shifts available 

  • Contract Position

 

MHP Duties

  • Assess patients and clients for mental health conditions, emotional disorders, or addiction disorders

  • Coordinate with social service providers to secure resources for clients

  • Provide counseling services to individuals or small groups

  • Maintain client records

  • Perform other job duties as assigned

 

MHP Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited educational institution

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field
     

MHP Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of casework methods, techniques, and their applications to work problems

  • Knowledge of the principles of human growth and behavior, basic sociological and psychological treatment and therapy practices

  • Knowledge of interviewing skills and techniques

  • Ability to express ideas effectively, orally and in writing

  • Ability to use interviewing skills and techniques effectively

  • Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions
