We're looking for you to become a valuable part of the team.
Registered Nurse Details- Full time schedule, 11.5 hr shifts, 7 days on, 7 days off
- Night shift — 8:00 pm to 7:30 am
- 13-week contract with option to extend
- Start date: July 27, 2026
- Location: Fairbanks, Alaska
- Fast-paced environment — Northern Alaska's primary intake and classification facility
- Work as a member of the correctional medical staff to provide care to patients
- Follow direction of Provider to ensure care is provided in a timely manner
- Med pass, wound care, and triage
- Intake assessments for a high-volume intake and classification facility serving Northern Alaska
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-moving corrections environment
- Active Alaska RN license (or actively pursuing)
- Current BLS (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as an RN
- Prior experience working in corrections health is preferred
- Comfortable and confident working at a high pace — this is not a slow-paced posting
- Must be able to clear a State of Alaska background check
